According to our sister station KARK-TV: early this morning, three people died after a tornado slammed through the town of Cincinnati, AR, which is near the Oklahoma border. The tornado hit sometime around 6 a.m. causing lots of damage in the downtown area and through most of the western portion of the county. According to National Weather Service, there is extensive damage in the area including a brick home that was destroyed, several damaged vehicles, a volunteer fire department facility and two barns have been destroyed. The NWS issued tornado warnings in the early morning hours for northwest Arkansas and southwest Missouri as the storms approached the area.
