Perfect Spring Weather!

After days of cloud cover, rain showers, and below average temperatures… we finally get to enjoy beautiful blue skies and average/above average temperatures. A dome of high-pressure is directly over the Midwest today keeping our winds light and our skies clear. Highs today will reach into the upper 60s and lower 70s; however temperatures closer to Lake Michigan will be in the 50s thanks to a lake breeze. By tonight, the high-pressure will have moved to our east creating a light southerly breeze. This will allow our temperatures to stay around average in the mid and upper 40s. The winds will pick up a bit on Friday around 5-15 mph out of the south which will help our temperatures climb into the lower and mid 70s. Our next low-pressure system will arrive late Friday and produce a few isolated showers and thunderstorms Friday evening and into Saturday morning. The good news is, Mother’s Day will be perfect with mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 60s/lower 70s. Everyone Enjoy Today!!!!!
