70/30 Weekend

A lot of events are taking place during this first weekend of June! So if your plans include a stop at Rockford City Market, Rockford Airfest, the Klehm Arboretum Garden Fair, German Valley Days, Harvard Milk Days, and the dozens of other outdoor happenings, here’s the forecast!

Today will be mostly sunny and warm with a high in the lower 80s. A quick sprinkle is possible—very slim chance—late in the day for far northwest Illinois.

The low 80s return for Saturday with a quiet start. By the afternoon, and especially evening and nighttime hours, scattered showers and thunderstorms will roam the sky thanks to an approaching cold front.
